In black & white. Family. My kids were all together for a short while. To any parent, I believe those times never seem quite long enough, right? But we are certainly thankful for those days and the opportunity to ALL be together.
We were missing our other son, our son-in-law, when my daughter and the baby came for a visit and a full week of fun and going & going – happened. I decided to post this adventure in black & white. Two-fold… the pictures are literally in black & white, while I keep the story transparent. No confusion on what we did, how we did it and why we did it. We just did.

Along with a road trip south to visit the great-grandma’s, catching one of Uncle Jacob’s shows in Austin, moments spent at home playing inside and out. All, while this little boy was pure awesomeness! A reflection of his mommy and daddy’s great job of parenting- no doubt! These were some of my favorite moments.
I love all of my babies! I love who they are, what they’ve become and the littlest one…well, he makes me re-live a past life. He reminds me so much of his mommy and uncle-it’s crazy! But this whole grandma thing sure is fabulous!
We go back to our daily routines once everyone heads back home but those memories made…well, they’ll last a lifetime. Black & white. Or in full color…

We cherish those moments and count the days until the next visit.
