Easy Easter craft (DIY carrot box) is on this post! Guys, I have been so busy lately and the weather had been crud that I am so ready to start “making”! Making anything fun. This craft is just that!
They are simply adorable and so inexpensive to make and give!
Easy Easter Craft (DIY carrot box)
The template I’ve provided is for 2 small carrots per an 8.5×11 sheet. Download template HERE.
I used a 65# weight cardstock and it worked perfectly. You can even use patterned or textured cardstock for more character as well as patterned ribbons. Several years ago I found a green raffia that I used here.
The supplies needed: scrapbook paper, a printer, the free template, ribbon of some sort, scissors, hole punch, and glue.
Simple enough right?
Fill ’em with candy, nail polish, mini treats. I’m using mine on each place setting for my Easter table and making the mini ones for my daughters students as a special spring treat. If you want to do larger ones like I did for my table setting, you can use this template HERE. However, that template will only give you one box per sheet.
You can have so much fun you can have with these! And I just think they’d look awesome with patterned cardstock or patterned ribbons. Don’t you?
Now you have can have cute carrot boxes laying around everywhere. They can be part of your decor or just a treat for that special BFF or neighbor.
I just love making crafts! Especially cute stuff that is not only inexpensive but that you know will bring a smile to someone!
