Notes
Yes, your kitchen will smell amazing but you’re gonna get addicted to the smooth, lemony, buttery, sweet taste of this curd. It’s easy to get carried away and just sit there eating a whole jar of this stuff. It’s so – so good!
I had a little helper in the kitchen the day I made a batch of this. He helped with the squeezing and didn’t understand what we were doing (he’s 2 1/2). So the next day when he came back, I opened a jar to make mini lemon meringue pies for our Sunday dinner.
To say he fell in love with the taste is an understatement. Get ready for some turd-cuteness! I tried correcting him but it was pointless and adorable!

Girl, I can eat a whole jar in one sitting. So good. I’m sure you’ve made it before, but have you ever made key lime curd? I’ll be making some for holiday gifting and can’t wait to have some of that on a crepe! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving friend!
