tea tree oil & it’s many uses

09.06.14

I was thrilled when I got this bottle of Austrailian Tea Tree Oil to try out and review.  My daughter swears by this stuff and while I’ve only used it a couple of times prior to reviewing.  But I discovered that it has so many uses. (Actually too numerous to even go into!). So here is my tea tree oil & it’s many uses.

I received this product  for free in exchange for honest feedback. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

My daughter being a school teacher, uses it often on her hair to nourish but it is also a great lice deterrent.

The company sent me this booklet on the many -many- awesome ways you can use this stuff.

Along with loving the foot scrub, (steps below), my other most favorite use was putting one tiny drop in my mascara.  It helped extend the product but helps to nourish and help my eyelashes strengthen and grow.

*Be sure if you try this that you don’t get any in your eyes!
Anyways, here’s the foot scrub steps and I have to tell you that my little feet are so smooth and soft.  Summer sandal wearing is harsh on feet–at least it is on mine.  So this has really helped in keeping them in tip top shape!

Tea Tree Oil Foot Scrub

  • lemon juice
  • baking soda
  • tea tree oil

tea tree oil & it's many uses-ingredients
Mix a tablespoon of lemon juice with two tablespoons of baking soda, and add three or so drops of tea tree oil. As lemon juice is very acidic, it can be irritating. If you have dry or sensitive skin, you might want to dilute the juice with water.

Simply mix the ingredients into a smooth paste.

Apply to your feet, gently massaging it in circles. Wash off with warm water and pat dry.

Your feet will love you!

I see you got a review! 🙂 Anyway, I’ve never tried tea tree oil but I’ve heard great things about it.

I did and take a minute to look thru the link for uses. Especially with kiddos, I think it would come in very handy! Belle
