Delicious Gluten Free Crepes


  • 3/4 cup rice flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 T melted butter
  • Pinch salt


  • Toss all of the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
  • Mixture will be runny.
  • *Stir repeatedly while cooking the crepes.
  • Cook on a lightly greased hot griddle, swirl around and leave for about 1 minute, flip and repeat.
  • Fill with whip cream, fruits, meats, or whatever you like.
