Halloween Crack


  • 1/2 box Club Crackers
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1/3 c sugar
  • 1/2 c chopped pecans
  • 1/4 c milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c white chocolate chips


  • Preheat oven at 350°F.
  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment and place crackers flat with salt side up.
  • Melt butter in microwave then pour into a medium saucepan.
  • On medium heat, add sugar and stir constantly until mixture comes to a quick boil.
  • Remove mixture from stove and immediately pour over crackers.
  • Make sure the crackers are covered with the mixture and sprinkle pecans all over.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, watch carefully towards the end.
  • Remove from oven, sprinkle chocolate chips all over top.
  • Let sit for a minute to allow chocolate chips to melt.
  • Use a spatula and gently spread chocolate all over top.
  • Place in fridge till completely cooled.
  • Peel off of cookie sheet and break into pieces.
  • Store in airtight container.
