Cinnamon--y Moon Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 c Milk I use almond milk
  • 1 t agave or honey
  • 1/4 t each of cinnamon nutmeg & cardamom
  • 1/2 t Ashwaghanda powder optional

Instructions

  • Heat ingredients in a small sauce pan over medium heat, until bubbling
  • Simmer 2 to 3 minutes, whisking regularly
  • Use immersion blender to blend until frothy for about 2 to 3 minutes (or pour into a blender)
  • Pour in cup and drink warm
