Chive Flower Butter


  • 1 stick salted butter (room temp)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives (finely diced)
  • 1/2 tsp fresh chive flower petals


  • Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Once blended, place in fridge for about 15-20 minutes to harden some. Roll into a log shape and wrap in waxed paper. Return to fridge until ready to use.
